Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Supervisor to support daily General Assembly operations, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives. You will lead production teams, monitor KPIs, coordinate with Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering and Planning, and drive Lean, Kaizen and 5S initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 6–8 years in automotive manufacturing, and 2–3 years in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Automotive Engineering.
6–8 years in automotive manufacturing or assembly operations.
2–3 years of supervisory/management experience in General Assembly.
Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support daily General Assembly operations toward targets.
Monitor KPIs and schedules; apply corrective actions.
Lead production teams to boost productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with standards, work instructions and safety.
Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering and Planning.
Drive continuous improvement incl. Lean, Kaizen, 5S.
Support new model launches and process changes.
Optimize manpower utilization and development.
Support departmental cost control, resource planning and cost-reduction initiatives.
Investigate production, quality and equipment issues and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
