Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) is seeking a seasoned General Assembly Supervisor to lead daily vehicle assembly operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity objectives while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will monitor KPIs, lead teams, implement Lean initiatives, support new model launches, optimize manpower and contribute to cost control with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, automotive engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly operations.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience within General Assembly.
• Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing and Lean Manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of daily General Assembly operations and achievement of production targets.
• Monitor production performance, schedules and KPIs, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Lead and develop production teams to improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, work instructions, quality requirements and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering and Production Planning to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and other continuous improvement activities.
• Support new model launches, engineering changes and process improvement initiatives.
• Optimize manpower utilization and support employee capability development.
• Support departmental cost control, resource planning and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Investigate production, quality and equipment issues and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
