Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Manufacturing, 5–10 years in manufacturing with leadership, strong Lean and QA knowledge, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5–10 years in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in production planning and shop floor operations.
- Knowledge of quality systems, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Execution.
- Develop and enforce production plans to meet orders.
- Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, materials.
- Monitor production output, productivity, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse for material availability.
- Install and enforce production procedures and regular improvements.
- Achieve cost reductions through optimized methods.
- Maintain zero-defect operations.
- Set up production KPIs and monitor productivity, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Interface between production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and product development.
