Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or automotive engineering.
• Relevant experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems and tools (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans).
• Proven experience in manufacturing quality, defect prevention, and launches.
• Leadership with capability to develop engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team to meet plant quality targets.
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs and improvement plans.
• Ensure processes meet Stellantis and customer quality standards.
• Drive defect prevention and CAPA activities to reduce defects and complaints.
• Lead problem-solving using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and A3 methodologies.
• Oversee CAPAs and quality planning for new model launches and changes.
• Oversee Incoming and Supplier Quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Lead internal audits, LPA, and support external audits.
