Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) seeks an experienced automotive quality professional to manage zero-mileage quality issues on KD parts, lead containment actions, and coordinate cross-functional investigations. You will drive corrective actions using 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis, and monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with LPMI quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years in automotive quality, with strong communication and English fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive quality management, supplier quality, incoming quality, or plant quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Quality Tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis).
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for zero-mileage quality issues related to KD parts.
• Lead containment actions to prevent production disruption and minimize impact.
• Coordinate with plant operations and teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Lead corrective actions and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methods and cross-functional investigations.
