Genius Auto Hub Sdn Bhd is seeking an Admin Clerk/Executive to handle dealership administration, registration, and documentation in a fast-paced sales environment.

You will manage vehicle registrations, bank loan paperwork, insurance, invoicing and filing while supporting Sales and After-Sales teams with efficient admin coordination. Fresh graduates welcomed; 1–2 years in automotive admin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer systems.
• Strong written and spoken English and BM.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle registration, road tax, and related documents.
• Manage Thumbprint for Car Purchase and Sales; update records.
• Process bank loan documents and liaise with banks.
• Manage car insurance and related paperwork for new deliveries.
• Prepare invoices, memos and maintain filing of important documents.
• Support Sales and After Sales teams with admin coordination.
• Assist in general office duties and other tasks from management.
• Maintain accounting records and provide financial reports.
