Pantai Bharu Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an Administrative Executive to support our Klang service centre operations. This role suits fresh graduates or individuals seeking hands-on administrative exposure in the automotive industry and basic marketing tasks.

The position focuses on daily admin tasks, invoicing, filing, data entry and coordination, with opportunities for growth within the service operations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and confident in communication (English & BM).
• Interest in cars, customer service or automotive operations.
• Experience in retail/service is an advantage, but not required.
• Students or fresh grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation for the service centre.
• Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and related administrative documents.
• Maintain proper filing and records of service-related documents.
• Assist with basic data entry, reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide basic support for marketing activities when required.
• Assist with general coordination and administrative matters within the service centre.
• Shadow the Service Advisor to gain exposure to customer handling, service processes, and front-desk operations.
• Support the Service Advisor team when required to ensure smooth daily operations.
