Job summary

OSK Holdings Berhad is seeking an automation professional to research, design and implement scalable automation solutions across business processes. You will conduct proof-of-concepts, pilot projects, and collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.

The role involves developing standards, reusable components, and best practices while supporting deployment and productionisation of automation solutions with a focus on efficiency and long-term value

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in automation-related field or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years in automation development, process automation, RPA, or related roles.
Experience researching, evaluating, designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Research and evaluate automation technologies and trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
Design and develop scalable automation solutions for business processes.
Conduct POCs and pilots to validate feasibility and value.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.
Develop and maintain automation standards, documentation and best practices.
Support deployment, integration, and productionisation of solutions.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements.
