Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in automation systems, mechanical or electrical engineering, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• Experience in service management, customer support, and coordination of on-site service activities.
• Skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis for complex automation systems.
• Competence in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks to manage multiple service projects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and mentor service technicians, foster teamwork, and maintain high service standards.
• Proficiency in using service documentation tools, reporting systems, and basic office software.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site, travel to customer facilities when required, and adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements.
