Job summary

Greatech Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage on-site installation, maintenance and commissioning of equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, prepare service reports and collaborate with the headquarter's technical team to share information across the organization.

Applicants should have an engineering certificate and at least 1 year of field service experience, with the ability to work on automation/equipment on site using mechanical, electrical and software skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum 1 year(s) in field service support in local or overseas.
• Must be able to provide service support in automation/equipment on site and set up with skills of mechanical, electrical and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot all on site installation, repair / issue, maintenance, test and buyoff.
• Provide daily service reports.
• Communicate and cooperate with Headquaters technical team and share information across the organization.
• Build good relationships with customer.
• Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
• To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
