Job summary

Serac Group is seeking a Customer Service Technical Manager to lead the design, testing and optimization of automated electrical systems for customers in Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end engineering processes, assign tasks, plan FAT, and ensure robust control systems and BOM accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine electrical panel design and automation Work from concept to completion.
• Break down engineering tasks and allocate resources.
• Prepare machine startup and testing plans for FAT.
• Design electrical circuits and justify with calculations.
• Size electrical components per project requirements with calculations.
• Ensure electrical diagrams & BOMs are accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop new control system architecture as needed.
• Produce machine feature control sequences and site installation guides.
• Provide technical support to Production and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Coordinate with customers on installation and upgrade plans.
