Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia (Kulim) is seeking an experienced engineer to lead automation and customized machinery projects for medical device and precision manufacturing environments.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and software teams, manage timelines, costs, and quality, and work with customers and global stakeholders; travel as needed.

A degree in engineering and 5+ years in automation are required; strong English and Mandarin skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics).
• 5+ years' experience in automation or customized machinery design.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication for technical discussions.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design to FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
• Drive timelines, cost, quality, and customer deliverables.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Software teams.
• Work closely with customers and global stakeholders.
