Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a capable Associate to join the CommTech team in Risk & Quality transformation. You will design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the broader Power Platform to support R&Q processes and reporting.

You will work daily with R&Q stakeholders, translate requirements into technical designs, and ensure security reviews and governance aspects are integrated.

Qualifications

• Recognized university degree in Computer Science / Information Technology; fresh graduates welcome.
• 1–2 years of experience in automation, RPA, or low-code/no-code development is a plus.
• Basic understanding of automation and workflow concepts.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Platform is a plus.
• Exposure to conversational agents or AI-driven assistants is an advantage.
• Familiarity with connecting workflows/agents to APIs and data sources.
• Good communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with an agile mindset and willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Basic understanding of R&Q, governance, risk management, compliance, and internal controls is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain automation solutions and applications using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Work with R&Q stakeholders daily to understand processes and requirements.
• Provide technical mentorship and quality oversight within the CommTech team.
• Translate approved requirements into process flows, specifications, and solution logic.
• Support security reviews and deployment processes; elevate concerns as needed.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing systems via APIs.
• Contribute to project planning and execution following development standards.
