Qualifications

• Undergraduate final-year student in a technical or IT-related field.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, digitalisation and AI.
• Basic understanding of governance, risk or compliance is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office tools; familiarity with automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing Risk & Quality processes, maps, and controls.
• Support documentation of current and future-state processes.
• Contribute to automation and digital workflow initiatives.
• Support governance, change activities, and training materials.
