Dufu Industries Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a hands-on Automation Engineer to support and improve production automation systems. You will maintain equipment stability, troubleshoot issues quickly, and drive continuous improvement for efficient operations.

The role involves supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of new automation equipment, working with production and maintenance teams, and ensuring safety and reliability.

Formación

• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting and programming experience.
• Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical control systems, sensors, motors, and drives.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and control drawings.
• Understanding of machine automation principles and production equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain production automation systems and equipment to ensure stable operations.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new automation equipment.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and standards.
• Support improvement projects to increase productivity, OEE, and process stability.
