Job summary

Bell Ward Malaysia is seeking a Process Digitalisation Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to drive automation across our organisation. You will design and implement automation using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Python and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort and increase consistency.

You will partner with process owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions, create reusable architectures, ensure testing and governance, and support transition to BAU operations.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
• Strong understanding of solution design, including data flows, APIs, integrations, security controls, deployment approaches and reusable architecture components.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms and AI solutions, including LLM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automation solutions using workflow orchestration tools, low-code platforms such as Power Platform and Copilot Studio, scripting languages including Python, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Partner with subject matter experts and process owners to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Create reusable automation frameworks, components and reference architectures that can be leveraged across IAA.
• Ensure solutions are fully tested, monitored, documented and supported for long-term sustainability.
• Embed governance, auditability and quality controls into solution design and delivery.
• Support the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual operations through training and enablement of teams.
