Job summary

Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad seeks a Process Digitalisation Senior Engineer (Assistant Manager) to modernize and automate business processes across IAA, reducing manual effort and enabling teams to focus on higher-value work.

The role reports to the Process Digitalisation - Service Manager and involves delivering automation solutions, establishing reusable patterns, and ensuring production-ready implementations. Collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience in designing automation solutions and translating business requirements into technical designs.
Strong knowledge of process digitisation and governance standards.
Ability to work with SMEs and process designers to deliver reusable automation building blocks.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using low-code platforms and scripting.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
Develop reusable patterns and reference architectures for automation.
Ensure solutions are tested, documented, and maintainable.
Build and maintain AI solutions enabling client-focused automation.
Serve as technical interface between business teams and IT for standard automation needs.
Embed governance, auditability, and responsible AI principles in designs.
