M Summit 191 Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Car Park Maintenance Technician to support daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs for our automated/mechanical car park system in Penang. You will troubleshoot issues, service sensors, and assist vehicle owners during parking and retrieval.

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services, or related technical field.
Hands-on and technically inclined with strong troubleshooting ability.
Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Ensure the mechanical car park system operates smoothly and safely at all times.
Carry out routine cleaning of sensors and related equipment to prevent disruptions.
Assist vehicle owners during parking and retrieval when required.
Respond promptly to system breakdowns, jams, lifter faults, sensor issues and other problems.
Perform system resets and basic troubleshooting as needed.
Carry out monthly Preventive Maintenance according to the PM checklist.
