Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and explain recommended services clearly
• Prepare accurate service estimates and update customers on progress and timelines
• Schedule jobs, assign work to technicians, and prioritise tasks to meet delivery times
• Track repair status and relay notes between technicians and customers
• Process invoices, warranty paperwork and payments with accuracy
• Order and manage spare parts, record inventory, and suggest maintenance packages
