Job summary

Goh Brothers Cars Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales team and drive performance. You will plan and oversee all sales activities, ensuring targets are met while delivering excellent customer experiences in the showroom.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on coaching to improve product knowledge, negotiation, and customer service. A valid driving licence is required, and automotive/EV experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience with team supervision or leadership.
• Automotive/EV industry experience preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong sales and leadership experience may apply.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to motivate and manage a sales team.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
