Job summary

Carro, Southeast Asia’s leading online automotive marketplace, seeks a Business Executive/Senior Executive for Hire Purchase and Auto Financing. You will drive HP loan volume, build dealer networks, and ensure timely submission and disbursement of applications.

Travel to dealer sites is required and multilingual communication is valued. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of sales or financing experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, hire purchase, banking or related industries.
• Experience in automotive financing or working with car dealers is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of hire purchase/vehicle financing processes.
• Highly driven, proactive and target-oriented.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
• Willing to travel for dealer visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly HP sales targets in terms of loan volume and number of cases.
• Promote HP financing solutions to automotive dealers and customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned car dealers.
• Follow up on leads and convert applications into successful disbursements.
• Manage HP applications, ensuring documents are complete and accurate before submission.
• Closely follow up on application approval and disbursement status.
• Work with internal teams to resolve application, documentation and approval issues.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and identify opportunities to grow HP business.
• Monitor competitor rates, market trends and dealer feedback.
• Maintain good portfolio quality by focusing on quality applications and supporting early delinquency follow-up when required.
