Qualifications

• Relevant experience in credit analysis within mortgage lending is essential.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, loan documentation and mortgage lending processes.
• Proficient in Mandarin for client communication with Mandarin-speaking partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-assessment and full credit assessments of new residential mortgage loan applications.
• Assess applicant's financial positions, supporting documents and credit profiles per lending policies.
• Prepare and package loan submissions for Lending Approval and sign-off.
• Ensure all application information and supporting documentation are complete, accurate and properly presented.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the company's in-house CRM system throughout the loan application process.
• Follow up promptly on outstanding documents to progress applications within the required timeframe.
