• Lead new initiatives, pilots, and bank-wide rollouts.
• Advise and negotiate with third-party vendors.
• Own AI and digitization projects within MG CRA.
• Create project plans, budgets and track milestones.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure IT governance compliance.
• Review vendor deliverables against contracts and quality metrics.
• Drive process improvement to standardize mortgage credit workflows.
• Update SOPs and policies in response to regulatory changes.
• Handover to operations and provide end-user support.
• Provide guidance and management reporting to leadership.
