• Evaluate and recommend loans for approval beyond discretionary power.
• Assess applicant's financial status, creditworthiness and risk.
• Ensure mortgage applications are processed within internal turnaround time.
• Detect fraudulent applications and escalate suspected fraud to the Fraud Management Unit.
