Job summary

Demant SEA in Malaysia is seeking a Clinical Audiologist to examine patients with hearing and balance issues, assess results, and diagnose conditions. The role involves fitting and programming hearing aids, counseling customers and families, and ensuring accurate records.

You will visit hospitals and clinics to build rapport, manage clinic operations and stock, and handle follow-ups and diagnoses reports. Strong customer focus and sales orientation are required, with the ability to engage with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Audiology (Mandatory)
• Sales-driven
• Possess a caring disposition and understand customer’s needs.
• Able to balance between patient needs and meeting sales target.
• Able to engage with children and elderly
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Examine patients with hearing, balance or related ear problems.
• Assess examination results and diagnose problems.
• Fit and dispense hearing aids or products based on hearing condition.
• Program hearing aids.
• Counsel and follow-up with customers and families.
• Troubleshoot hearing instrument technical issues and arrange laboratory repairs if needed.
• Maintain customer records.
• Manage daily clinic operations, cash flow and branch targets.
• Replenish stock at branch.
• Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the branch.
• Regular visits to Hospitals, ENT & GP to build rapport.
• Make reminder and follow-up calls with customers on hearing aids usage and KIV cases.
• Prepare medical reports and diagnostics test reports; upload into system.
