Job summary
OCBC Group is seeking an experienced ATM BASE24 Lead Engineer to head design, development, and support of BASE24-based ATM and payment-switching platforms. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and ensure system stability across production and project delivery.
The role requires deep expertise in BASE24-Classic/BASE24-EPS, ISO 8583, and HP NonStop, with strong problem solving and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/BSc in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ATM and electronic payment systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with ACI BASE24-Classic / BASE24-EPS and ATM transaction processing.
- Experience with HP NonStop (Tandem) hardware and related tooling.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and support of ATM/payment-switching platforms based on BASE24.
- Provide technical leadership, review designs, and mentor engineers.
- Handle production support for critical ATM/payment systems and coordinate incident resolution.
- Drive project delivery including requirements, design, testing and deployment within scope and schedule.
- Ensure governance, security, audit, and regulatory compliance for platforms.
