Job summary

OCBC invites applications for an experienced ATM BASE24 Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, enhancement and support of ATM and payment-switching platforms based on the ACI BASE24 solution.

The successful candidate will drive system stability, deliver strategic improvements, and lead a team of engineers to provide high-quality payment processing services for customers and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in ATM and electronic payment systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with BASE24-Classic / BASE24-EPS.
• Experience in ATM processing and payment switching environments.
• Proficiency in HP NonStop systems; TACL, TAL, COBOL, Pathway, Enscribe, SQL/MP.
• Experience with ISO 8583 messaging standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and support of ATM and payment-switching solutions using BASE24.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team.
• Define standards and procedures; review designs and deployment plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain BASE24 apps and enhancements.
• Support production incidents and on-call activities.
• Lead project delivery including requirements, testing, deployment.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation.
