OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya invites skilled IT professionals to join a 24/7 application support team. You will provide Level 2 production support, perform problem investigations, root cause analyses, and implement effective fixes for complex banking applications.

The role requires AS400 programming knowledge (RPG/LE, CL/LE), experience with SIBS or SICS, and familiarity with Batch Job execution using Job Description, Queues, and Data/Message Queues.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank.
• Perform Level 2 of production support
• Perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation.
• Understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.
• Perform application health check and monitoring
