The role requires hands-on AS400, COBOL, RPG and DB2 expertise, strong DevOps practices, and solid SDLC/Agile experience to deliver secure ATM transactions and automation across platforms.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in banking IT systems, with 4–5 years in ATM Host systems.
• Hands-on AS400, COBOL and RPG experience required.
• DB2 and ALDON on AS400 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on ATM host and customer statements projects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of ATM host and statement solutions with quality and cost control.
• Manage development, maintenance, and enhancements on AS400-based systems (COBOL, RPG, DB2).
• Apply DevOps practices to improve automation and deployments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure security/encryption standards for ATM transactions and audits.
