Job Summary
- Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships, execute assurance procedures
- Working under the supervision of an Assurance Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager, and helps execute audit work and present its findings to the client.
- Contribute technical insights to audit client engagements and internal projects
Duties And Responsibilities
- We will need you to lead a team to participate in audit assignments from beginning to end including:
- performing audit field works
- document and compiling audit working papers
- identify issues and present audit findings and recommendations as well as conduct follow up actions and meeting tight deadlines.
- Review audit reports
- Execute solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles (e.g MFRS/IFRS/MPERS/CA 2016 and ISA)
- Supervise Assurance Associate and facilitating a connection for team needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain an excellent communication with peers, superiors and external parties
Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or those with a full or partial professional qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA, CPA(A) or CIMA)
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge in ProSystem fx Engagement will be an added advantage
- Strong technical ability, excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
- Team players with strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn and travel
