Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or master’s in electrical & electronic engineering with minimum 2 years’ semiconductor test experience.
• Understanding of Non-Volatile Memory testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust test processes for memory products and system-level testing.
• Develop and validate test methodologies to meet product performance requirements.
• Collaborate with product engineering to define test specifications.
• Provide engineering support to production after technology transfer from NPI to HVM.
• Improve backend test processes to reduce failures and improve yield.
• Monitor test yield and performance; prepare detailed reports for management.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track process improvements and issues.
