Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a Test Engineer - Process in Malaysia to lead burn-in project improvements and support manufacturing issues in Test Process. You will collaborate across teams to drive robust, scalable test processes and sustain stable production.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Engineering/Physics and 1–2 years in semiconductor testing, with strong data analysis and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering or Physics.
• 1–2 years semiconductor testing or product engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test processes and manufacturing flow.
• Familiar with statistical analysis and data analysis tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and sustain burn-in manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance.
• Monitor burn-in process health, yield trends, uptime, and quality indicators.
• Analyze yield excursions, failures and process deviations using data-driven methods.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
• Drive continuous improvement to burn-in efficiency and costs.
• Provide disposition and technical support for production issues.
• Support qualification and release of new products into burn-in manufacturing.
