Job summary

Sandisk in Penang seeks a Staff Engineer (Memory Test Process Engineer) to lead the technical team in bringing new storage products to market. You will design robust test processes, define specifications, and support production after technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing.

This role emphasizes data analysis, debugging, and collaboration with engineering, QA, and manufacturing to improve yield and efficiency. Proficiency in Python, SQL, C++, Java and memory testing methods is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or master's in electrical & electronic Engineering with at least 5 years in semiconductor product or test engineering.
• Understanding of Non-Volatile Memory testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust test processes for memory products and system-level testing.
• Develop and validate test methodologies to meet product performance and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with product engineering and design teams to define test specifications and strategies.
• Manage and deliver engineering support to production after technology transfer from NPI to high-volume manufacturing.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
