Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer (Memory Test Process Engineer) to lead test engineering strategies for next-generation memory products. You will design, develop, and optimize robust test processes, collaborate with engineering, and drive production-ready solutions from NPI to high-volume manufacturing.

The role requires 5+ years in semiconductor test engineering, experience with memory testing, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, C++, and Java.

Qualifications

• Degree or master’s in electrical & electronic Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in semiconductor product or test engineering.
• Understanding of Non-Volatile Memory testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust test processes for memory products and system-level testing.
• Develop and validate test methodologies to meet product performance and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with product engineering and design teams to define test specifications and strategies.
• Provide engineering support to production after technology transfer from NPI to HVM.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot to identify root causes; drive corrective actions.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor test performance and generate management reports.
• Work with manufacturing, QA, planning to implement test solutions in production.
