Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 12+ years in semiconductor product or test engineering.
• Strong background in test engineering for memory or semiconductor devices within HV manufacturing.
• Proficient in problem-solving methods (FMEA, DMAIC, Fishbone) and SPC tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical owner for product performance in High Volume Manufacturing.
• Design, optimize and execute test strategies, improve yield, reduce test time and cost.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to transfer test technology from NPI to mass production.
• Provide leadership in EFA, analyze results and deliver actionable improvement reports.
