Job summary

Jora Malaysia, the Malaysian arm of a regional IT services and technology solutions provider, seeks a seasoned pre-sales professional in Subang Jaya to tailor IT solutions and support sales opportunities.

You will understand client requirements, demonstrate systems, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure technical and business goals align while driving value for customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in IT/Computer Studies.
• 7+ years IT experience with 4+ years in presales.
• Experience with IT/ICT solutions, especially EUC.
• Deep understanding of services and industry position.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and design tailored IT solutions.
• Present and demonstrate systems products to clients in meetings.
• Develop solutions, managed services framework, and enablement.
• Evaluate, demonstrate, and run PoC to support sales opportunities.
• Coordinate PoC/PoV trials and transition to delivery post-sale.
• Prepare solution deliverables, architecture, and integration plans.
• Review solutions with customers to improve ongoing services.
• Design new services and enhance existing offerings.
• Collaborate with operations and solution teams on new offerings.
• Work with sales, product, and delivery teams to align goals.
• Support client accounts and strategize on technical/business outcomes.

Job Descriptions

• Understand client business requirements and design tailored solutions that meet objectives.
• Client engagement: Present and demonstrate systems products and services to clients. Participate in meetings, workshops, and executive briefings to articulate the value of the solutions
• Develop solutions & managed services framework and enablement.
• Manage and perform solution evaluations, demonstrations, and Proofs-of-Concept (POC) to support sales opportunities.
• Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) and proof-of-value (PoV) trials for potential customers. Coordinate the transition between pre-sales and implementation teams after a sale is closed.
• Pre-Sales Solutions & Managed Services Deliverables
• Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders; including solution architecture, integration plans, and service deliverables.
• Perform a Solutions and Managed Services review with customer to support ongoing service improvements.
• Design and formulate new services and enhance existing offerings
• Collaborate with operations/solution teams to develop processes supporting new offerings.
• Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to strategize on client accounts and ensure technical and business goals are aligned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalents
• Minimum 7 years experience, including 4 years presales with comprehensive technical expertise
• Have skill set in IT/ ICT Solutions. especially EUC
• In-dept understanding of company services and its position in the industry
