SearchAsia Consulting Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking motivated individuals to join our recruitment team. You will build relationships with candidates and clients, source talent, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

No HR experience is required as we provide full training, clear career progression, and performance-based incentives in a collaborative environment. If you are people-oriented and eager to learn, this is the role for you.

Qualificações

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working experience.
• Diploma or degree holders in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications or related fields.
• People-oriented, proactive and motivated to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with different people and building professional relationships.
• Resilient and willing to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades
