Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive open to fresh graduates in Malaysia. You will interview candidates telephonically and in person, screen applicants, shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews.

You will coordinate with candidates, develop and implement sourcing strategies, take preliminary interview rounds, negotiate salaries, obtain references and carry out reference checks, while ensuring all resourcing activities are accurately recorded in the HRIS and aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• 6 months in a similar role is a plus.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
• Strong time management and ability to handle pressure.
• Able to interact with all levels and work independently or in a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Counselling and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduates most welcome to apply (training provided).
• Minimum 6 months on a similar role added advantage.
