Rakuten Insight Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join the Malaysia team to manage multiple market research projects.

Responsibilities include planning resources, coordinating with parties across countries, ensuring deadlines, controlling costs, and delivering client satisfaction while understanding sampling frames, questionnaires, and basic research terminologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Knowledge of online/offline, ad-hoc and tracker methodologies.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure.
• Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage resources for data collection projects (online focus).
• Coordinate with parties across countries to achieve project KPIs and goals.
• Communicate with project teams across multiple countries.
• Control costs, time and resources while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage commissioned projects.
• Take ownership of assigned work.
• Collaborate with local vendors to support client requests.
• Understand questionnaire design, sampling frames, quotas and basic research terminologies.
