Responsibilities

• Act as a key decision-maker in expert selection, translating client briefs into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Proactively onboard experts and secure their participation.
• Conduct targeted industry research to grasp market dynamics and client pain points.
• Manage projects end-to-end from onboarding to project closure.
• Develop expert screening criteria and interview questions.
• Negotiate consultation rates with experts.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-border offices for quality outcomes.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and C-level executives across international markets.
• Facilitate expert consultations ensuring swift onboarding and scheduling.
• Exercise independent judgment that influences expert quality and client satisfaction.
