Job summary

Tune Protect Group is seeking an Executive, Policy Processing in Kuala Lumpur to support issuance and endorsement of policies across all products. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance while coordinating with business units, branches, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service to customers and intermediaries.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business fields, strong English and Malay communication skills, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform issuance and endorsement processing for all products.
• Process policy/endorsement issuance in line with SLA and service standards.
• Follow up with Business Units/Branches on incomplete documentation or information.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from Business Units/Branches regarding policy servicing matters.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
• Support testing of new products and system enhancements.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement
