Job summary

Allianz Group in Malaysia seeks a dedicated professional to support policy servicing and benefits processing. The role focuses on delivering quality service, evaluating reinstatement requests, and ensuring accurate policy administration while aligning with regulatory guidelines.

The candidate will handle financial and non-financial servicing tasks, manage risk placements, and support management with timely deferment resolution. A degree in a related field and 2 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations, Policy Servicing or related roles.
• Knowledge of policy administration and processing reinstatement and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of quality customer service and achievement of service standards.
• Assess reinstatement, policy changes requests (financial and non-financial) and policy benefits requests.
• Assist in assessment of substandard cases and ensure proper risk assessment.
• Ensure deferment issues are resolved on time.
• Ensure compliance with FSA 2013, SOPs, guidelines and internal policies; update SOPs with minimum non-conformities.
• Undertake other duties as required by Management.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure delivery of quality customer service and achievement of service standard
• To assess Reinstatement and policy changes requests (financial and non-financial) and policy benefits requests.
• To assist in assessment on substandard cases and ensure that proper risk assessment is done
• To ensure the deferment issue on time and resolve all deferments on time
• Ensure compliance of Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA 2013), SOPs, guidelines and policies issued by relevant bodies; to ensure SOPs are updated and minimum non-conformities for all audits
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations, Policy Servicing, Underwriting, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of policy administration, reinstatement processing, and policy benefit servicing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service standards.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FSA 2013, Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines, and internal compliance standards.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
