Job summary

AIA invites you to join our team in Malaysia as a policy servicing professional. You will process authorized policy servicing transactions, handle policy changes, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and strive to meet productivity, quality, and TAT targets.

You will participate in development plans, pursue relevant certifications, and contribute to initiatives that help customers live healthier, longer, better lives. Join us to grow and make an impact in our communities.

Responsibilities

• Process authorized policy servicing related transactions within the required benchmarks under POS.
• Process all policy change requests received as per stipulated requirements.
• Ensure all policy transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure meeting individual productivity target, quality target and Turn Around Tome (TAT) target as per stipulated requirements.
• Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute to team activities.
• Attend and obtain certification for development plans aimed at upgrading authority limits, enhancing skills, and fostering personal development.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
