In this role you will process authorized policy servicing transactions, handle policy change requests, ensure regulatory compliance, meet productivity and quality targets, and support ongoing development to expand authority and skills. Responsabilidades

• Process authorized policy servicing related transactions within the required benchmarks under POS.
• Process all policy change requests received as per stipulated requirements.
• Ensure all policy transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure meeting individual productivity target, quality target and Turn Around Time (TAT) target as per stipulated requirements.
• Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute to team activities.
• Attend and obtain certification for development plans aimed at upgrading authority limits, enhancing skills, and fostering personal development.

About the Role

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
