Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday HCM and 3 years in a technical lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday modules like Core HCM, Compensation, and Reporting.
• Experience with Workday integrations such as EIB and Workday Studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Workday support specialists.
• Oversee operational support of the Workday HCM system.
• Act as a primary point of escalation for complex technical issues.
• Manage Workday release cycles and configurations.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system.
