Job summary

MTEK TECHNOLOGY Sdn Bhd invites fresh graduates with an engineering background to join a lab-focused team in Penang. You will support process improvements, evaluate semiconductor samples, and collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing colleagues to ensure reliable products.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab work, analytical troubleshooting, and learning in a dynamic automation environment. Mandarin and English communication are valued in cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome with relevant engineering background.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in laboratory environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and product performance.
• Assist in developing and improving new processes for semiconductor applications.
• Conduct product evaluation, testing, and analysis for customer samples.
• Perform laboratory testing and analysis of electronic components.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Support customer technical evaluations and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure product reliability through proper testing and improvement activities.
