Job summary

Chain Top Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Kedah seeks an engineer to install, maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas and provide on-call support after hours when needed. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, working at customer sites, and delivering clear service reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
• Able to provide on-call support and work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays, when operationally required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
• Diagnose machine issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Deliver professional technical support while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Travel throughout Northern Malaysia and occasionally overseas to support customer projects.
• Comply with company safety, quality, and service standards.
