Job summary

Chain Top Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is hiring at Kulim, Kedah. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for engineering roles related to semiconductor equipment maintenance and field service.

Willingness to travel within Malaysia and overseas, on-call support, and occasional after-hours work are required. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
• Diagnose machine issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Deliver professional technical support while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Travel throughout Northern Malaysia and occasionally overseas to support customer projects.
• Comply with company safety, quality, and service standards.
