Crédit Agricole CACEIS Malaysia seeks an experienced Tax Operations Manager to lead and optimize tax processes for institutional clients in Europe. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with global custody peers, and align operations with regulatory requirements while driving performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Asset Servicing pertaining to Tax operations.
• 11+ years of experience in tax operations and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit relevant tax documents to agents to ensure clients' tax status is up to date and compliant.
• Engage with tax authorities and ensure adherence to guidelines and market requirements.
• Design, implement and maintain frameworks for tracking and controlling tax processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of services aligned with objectives and metrics using operational data.
• Engage with clients on tax matters and coordinate with account managers and service teams.
• Build and develop a high-performance team; conduct formal reviews; ensure business continuity planning is tested.
