Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks a Tax Operations Manager to lead our custody tax services. You will oversee processing, filing, and compliance, guiding a team of professionals across Europe markets and Americas.

You will collaborate with account managers, client service, and operations to ensure timely deliverables, build robust procedures, and maintain high standards of quality in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Asset Servicing tax operations.
• Strong understanding of tax operations in key markets in Europe and the Americas.
• Excellent command of English with clear communication to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in securing favourable tax relief at source and file tax reclaim submissions as needed.
• Review and submit tax documents to ensure clients’ tax status is up to date and compliant.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders (account managers, client service, operations) to address tax queries timely.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; ensure timely BAU deliverables and robust SOPs.
